We had an excellent experience with our doula, Natalia. We are first-time parents and Natalia was there for us every step of the way to help ease our anxieties around the birth process. Since our first meeting, I felt very comfortable with Natalia; she is very professional, attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable and resourceful. We met with Natalia at certain weeks prior to my due date, fully explaining how the birth could go and it helped me understand what I would be going through. She was always available through my pregnancy when I had questions or felt unsure, she guided me towards making decisions about my desired birth plan. Natalia was by our side during (14 hours) labor. The support that was provided made me feel much more comfortable and confident through my journey into motherhood.

I don’t know what I would have done without Nati’s support. During this stage, she was my source of calm, motivation, perseverance, and great company when my strength was running out and doubts crept in. Thank you for ensuring that my birth experience was as close as possible to what I had envisioned and for providing me with information, explaining, and educating me.
