Hello! I’m Natalia Cortés, a Birth and Postpartum Doula.
As a mother, artist, and passionate advocate for women’s well-being, I support and empower those navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, offering a safe and personalized space for each family.
My approach combines emotional support, practical assistance, and a deep understanding of the cultural and personal needs of each mother. As an artist, I incorporate creative expression to facilitate healing and connection with emotions in this transformative process.
If you are looking for loving, empathetic, and respectful support, I would be delighted to accompany you on this journey.
Who am I?

What I'd like you to know about me...
I am bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.
I am the founder of Holistic Maternal Care.
I am proud member of Bee Collective.
I am a committed advocate for ACTT (Ask, Claim, Trust, Tell), a model that empowers individuals to enhance their medical care experience. Through this approach, I encourage people to ask questions, claim their space, trust their bodies, and share their stories to achieve better outcomes.
I hold a degree in Acting with an approach in theater.
Currently, I am developing and Art Therapy project focused on supporting postpartum mothers and preventing postpartum depression.
My purpose is to help mothers heal and embrace their birth process through the power of art.
For every service a family acquires, I provide support to another family in need/low income, ensuring more mothers receive the care and support they deserve. I do this with passion and commitment because I deeply believe in the impact of my work.

MISSION
VISION
To accompany families with love, hold them with empathy, and empower them with knowledge, ensuring every family feels supported on their journey.
Our dream is for no mother to feel alone on her journey. We believe in the transformative power of art, community, and love to heal, trust, and connect. At HMC, we offer more than just a service – we provide a support network where every mother finds a safe space to grow, flourish, and thrive.

“Motherhood begins with a community that supports and cares for the mother as much as for the baby."
- Jennie Joseph
